We are the commercial and industrial floor cleaning specialists. We know what works and what doesn’t. Concrete is one of the most challenging substances to clean due to its porous nature. It absorbs dirt and other impurities over time, giving your flooring a muddled, unclean appearance.

In order to clean concrete effectively, you need industrial strength chemicals and high-powered cleaning equipment. We provide professional cleaning and sealing services for any sized concrete floor and we guarantee the best, cleanest and safest results.

Concrete, the most widely used construction material in the world, is now being transformed into a finished floor. For decades, the flooring industry has been centered on covering up concrete floors with petroleum based products such as VCT and carpet. Polished concrete is a floor that is environmentally friendly, user friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and durable. The raw material has already been installed; it merely needs to be polished.

Polished concrete is without a doubt the hottest market segment in decorative concrete today. It has held that title for the last five years, and shows no signs of giving up the number one position any time soon. The commercial and industrial flooring communities have embraced polished concrete as the new standard when a combination of aesthetics, durability, reduced construction costs, and minimal environmental impact is desired. Many large retailers such as Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Lowes have switched to polished concrete as the standard flooring for both new and existing stores.

Transform your existing concrete surfaces into polished works of art.

With its beautiful high-gloss finish and ease of maintenance, decorative polished concrete is quickly becoming a popular economical flooring option in both commercial and residential settings. Decorative polished concrete offers a number of advantages that other flooring materials can't match, particularly when it comes to durability, performance and sustainability.

Can All Concrete Be Polished?

Almost any structurally sound concrete floor can be polished. But there are some exceptions. Before polishing new concrete, wait until the concrete has cured to sufficient hardness (generally 14 to 28 days after placement).  Existing floors that need extensive patching or are extremely soft and porous may not be good candidates for polishing. You can test the floor hardness in several spots by using a screwdriver or coin to scrape or abrade the surface.  For badly spalled surfaces, you may need to remove the surface layer of concrete using a scarifier.

What Is Polishing?

Polishing concrete is very similar to sanding wood. Machines equipped with diamond-segmented abrasives (akin to sandpaper) are used to grind down concrete surfaces to the desired degree of shine and smoothness. As when sanding wood, you gradually progress from coarser-grit to finer-grit abrasives. (In this case, grit is the particle size of the diamond.) The result is a glossy, mirror-like finish.

What is Epoxy Coating?

An epoxy coating is the use of epoxy compounds as coatings. It is generally two parts, which are mixed prior to application and consist of an epoxy resin that is cross-linked with a coreactant or hardener. Epoxy coatings are formulated based on the end product's performance requirements . When properly catalyzed and applied, epoxies produce a hard, chemical and solvent resistant finish. It is the specific selection and combination of the epoxy and hardener components that determine the final characteristics and suitability of the epoxy coating for a given environment.
